With 14 years of experience in real estate and 27 years as a proud resident of Boone, I’ve built my business around one simple philosophy: my clients deserve more than a Realtor—they deserve an advocate who will go the extra mile from the first conversation to long after the closing table.

I’m proud to be a top-producing real estate professional in the Central Iowa market, helping buyers and sellers navigate an industry that is constantly changing. Real estate today looks very different than it did when I started, and I believe one of the keys to success is never becoming too comfortable. I continually adapt my marketing strategies, embrace new technology, stay educated on market trends, and look for creative ways to make my clients and their properties stand out.

But real estate is still about people—and that’s the part I love most. Whether I’m helping someone purchase their first home, find the perfect place for their next chapter, sell a longtime family home, or make a strategic investment, I take the time to listen, communicate, educate, and understand what matters most to my clients. Outside of real estate, family is at the center of my life. I’m a proud mom and grandma, and I love spending time with my daughter, son-in-law, two granddaughters, and my grandson, River. And then there’s Oscar, my cat, who has made it very clear that he is actually the one in charge of the household!
